Full Time Waiter ress We are two modern bistro restaurant with a Michelin star in the heart of Mayfair and Soho seeking a full time waiter ress. The ideal candidate will have had previous experience in a busy restaurant environment. You must be fluent in English both spoken and written. You must have a UK bank account and a valid EU work visa. The job involves preparing the restaurant and bar area for service and serving guests. You will be required to have a thorough knowledge of the menus available and some knowledge of the wine list. You will be responsible for a section in the restaurant greeting guests serving drinks talking advising guests about menus taking orders serving wine and providing bills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about our industry wants to progress and become an asset to our team. You will be required to work 8 shifts over a 4 day period and will always have a clear 2 days off. The work involves split shifts and evening and weekend work will be required.
