In addition to intensive English learning from the classroom, student socialization and monthly activities are key. Every week students meet to watch and discuss the latest English language movies at our Cinema Club, as well as being good listening practice this is also a nice social activity and a chance to eat some popcorn. Our Conversation and Pronunciation clubs also take place every week and are free for all Mayfair students.

School provides varieties of course such as academic year, general English for 15, 20 and 30 hours. The school also provides exam preparation course, business and one to one English.

Mayfair School of English is recognised by the British Council Accreditation Scheme and they regularly check courses and schools to make sure we provide a professional, high quality service. in Britain Accreditation Scheme, Accreditation UK, regularly inspects members who offer courses in English as a foreign language. If schools meet high standards in management, resources, premises and teaching and welfare then they are accredited by the British Council and are able to use the marquee.

Facilities at Mayfair School of English

Completely refurbished in 2006 our building provides a friendly, academic environment for your studies and access to everything that our capital city has to offer. School has 12 fully-equipped, spacious, modern classrooms and a computer room with free broadband internet access. In addition, the school offer a wireless network everywhere in the building. They also have a coffee bar for our students to relax in and a reading room for quiet self-study before and after class.

Mayfair school of English is located in the heart of London’s most famous shopping street. The school is surrounded by a variety of coffee shops, cafes and restaurants and is near to the lively and vibrant Soho with some of the best entertainment in town – pubs, bars, cinemas, clubs and theatres. You can visit some of these as part of our social programme or in your free time at the weekend.

We are also situated near to many of London’s most famous tourist attractions, the British Museum, the London Eye and Leicester Square are just a short walk from the school.
