I have been rejected a UK Family Visit Visa in September, 2007.
Reason was, I had not demonstrated my father’s income tax file because he was out of station.Purpose of visit was to meet my relatives for 3weeks.
I plan to study in the UK for my MBA in 2013 session. Will earlier rejection jeopardize my chances to study in the future?
What steps do I need to follow this time so that my application does not get rejected?
It will be very kind if you can help me out with my doubts.I want to achieve higher and quality education from UK.

There is No problem to apply and get student visa while you are refused by British High Commission,
Remember if you are refused under the 320 then you are not eligible to get visa for ten Years,
if you are Refused 100 times on other basis except 320 ,then there will be no problem
