Will no Accommodation Arrangements be a Problem for my visa Application?

Hi,
I have 2 confusions in my mind, plz help me:-

1….I have applied to college and got a CAS ltter last week, now I am preparing for tier 4 visa application submission coming week, but the problem is that I am not sure about accomodation because I spoke to college (while submitting my tuition fee half deposit)that I wanted accomodation and they said me not to pay yet for accomodation, therefore on CAS they wrote accomodationn fee not paid and when I told college that I wanted accomodation,they said no worries ,u can pay when u come Uk …I am confused because CAS ltter can’t get changed now..and what if embassy object my visa due to accomodation??

2. I finished my schooling in 1998 and after that I worked till 2009, and completed my part time intermediate from 2007-2010, n recently done ielts, just worried about my working background and gap, and CAS letter only wrote my educational documents and ielts on it, should I only attach them or attach my working reference as well? if embassy raise any question about it or not??

PLEASE GUIDE ME ,I REALLY DONT WANT MY VISA TO BE REJECTED DUE TO ANY LITTLE MISTAKE..
