my cousin take admission in nov last in college (london college of accounting & finance) he pay all his college fees but college issue visa letter with half fees.he pepare his file and apply in ambessy for appointment in dec.but he can’t take an appointment..he send so many reminder.his admission is in diploma in administrative management. 1 year.but he pay 6 lac indian currency.his last date for college was 23 feb.at end of jan ambessy was closed in north india.but at last of jan he can’t have appiontment.pnow rules are changed.he want his fees back so what can he do now.this is not his fault.because ambessy can’t give him appointment.can anyone have a solution of this problem.i need help.

As of 4 March 2010, London College of Accounting & Finance does appear on the Tier 4 Sponsors Register and has an A rating.
So as I understand it, your cousin has not yet been able to get an appointment at all?
I really don’t know why he wasn’t able to get an appointment – they can be booked online too I think, at least in some countries.
Do you also mean that he won’t qualify to apply now that the rules have changed – please provide some more details.
