i need your advise and my case is as follows.
i applied for uk on 18/01/2010 and after few days my college was removed from list and my application put on hold.on 16
18/05/10 my college came back in list and then after that i checked with embassy and they said my case is still on hold and in reply i sent them a mail stating that on 18/05/10 its came back in list please check it again.they told me then yes now my application is in process.but when i got my passport it was refused and the reason was my college has been provoked and my offer letter was not valid so they refused it .can you help me what is should mention in my review application as i want to make it strong .its their negligence that they did not checked it and even not asked to provide valid letter and simply refused my application.pleas advise thanks

The chances of winning the admission review are meagre.
On the day when the case worker was checking the status (registration with UKBA) of your college, your college was not included in register of sponsors (Tier 4) in the UKBA. So your visa application got rejected. When you apply for administrative review, so the comments of the case worker will be before the Entry Clearance Manager (ECM). The ECM will check/verify your college status from the register of sponsor (he will look the college status in the list of register of sponsors on the very date on which the case worker checked your college status). Consequently, if your college came out missing from the list on that specific date, then surely the ECM will uphold the visa officer decision (your review will be dismissed).
I advise you to go for fresh CAS letter and apply for visa afresh. If you have further queries, do ask.

Well the same case was happend to me some months ago
when ur college’s licence was reinstated,UKBA might have changed its licence number so when ECO (Entr Clearence Officer) processed ur case,he/she found that lincence number on ur admission letter is incorrect so ur offer letter seemd to be invalid.
u may go with admin review and u will surely win it (even u dont attract full right of appeal) but it takes months,3 to 5 months almost so if u can wait then choose admin review,otherwise try to apply a new case with new admission letter

You can not review your case if the reason was license revoked and sponsorship withdrawal once you have been refused. But your college can take legal action against to British High Commission. So it will be better to mention your problem to your respective college. So that there is will be more changed to get justice on your side.
