i m a student in unity college ilford london and i sent my documents for extension to home office in january 2010 but unfortunately college has been suspended in feb 2010 for some reason mean while i have done my biomatric and waiting for my documents to come back … could you please advice me should i move to some other college before home office decission if my college suspension doesnot lifted…

If you have already had your biometrics this is good news as it indicates that the first part of the Visa application process went smoothly.
You just need to wait from the UK BA – waiting since January (2 .5 month wait) is not unusual I am afraid.
Unity College is still suspended (as of 30/03/2010) but the license is not yet revoked. If the license is revoked you then will have a further 60 days (according to the UK BA website) to find another school – so my davice is dont panic!
