I applied for a Tier 4 visa on the 28th July. However, I got my passport back today with my visa application refused. The reason stated was that my funds, despite being substantial, were in my fathers company account(he is the only proprietor). I submitted these documents as I was advised by my student agency to do so. I need the visa urgently as my university session starts in the 2nd week of September. I am confused whether to apply for a review or reapply for the visa. Also, I am worried how much time it would take in both the cases. Immediate help required.

Did you submit a letter from the bank stating that your father is the owner of the account?
