Tier 1 PSW visa Rejected on False Grounds after 107 days

My Tier 1 Post-Study Work Visa was rejected after 107 days on false basis stating my bank statements do not cover a period of 90 days and do not prove I had £2800.00 in my account for 90 days.

The irony is that I submitted original bank statements covering a peroid of 96 days and the balance never fell below £3000.00. The latest bank statement was dated 8 days before the date of the application. Also, these were returned to me

I have now applied for an Administrative Review.

My question is that can the high commission now say that either of the 4 submitted statements were not submitted earlier? And what are the chances of the decision being over turned?

  • The 90 day maintenance rule has been tested in court and found to be invalid.
