I am from India and applied in UK Tier 4 General Student Visa and got refusal. As per the college requirement i have sent signed refund docs to college by chance now college is in suspension mode. But i have sent refund docs before suspension till time no response from college they are just saying very soon very soon they are sending refund. Can anybody guide me what should i do . Plz help me out.I shall be very thankful to you.

Oh dear! It takes time to get the refund but still you need to worry as so many colleges are reluctant to refund. First they will ask you for the required docs e.g copy of bank draft, but when you send these docs to them, they use further delaying tactics. In your case, you should hope for the best. Do as you are directed by the college. But still it takes months (2-3 months). The colleges should not spoil their goodwill in the market and refund gracefully. The UKBA can also be reached in this connection but first you must inform the college about the prospective legal implications. If you need further assistance, do ask.

A college’s licence suspension should not affect the processing of your refund.
Have you read the college’s terms & conditions so you know how long it should take a what deductions they are entitled to make?
What college are you studying at?
Most education providers are pretty good with refunds, but some will take 3 months, which I personally think is outrageous.

if you are refused then college have no right to late your refund.
send your college your refusal letter refusal stamp on your passport and refund application with your bank account details.
college have to have refund you!

Yes SBI, college’s have to refund students who are refused a visa. But college’s refund policies vary so much. Students really need to read terms & conditions to ensure they understand the processes and policies that apply to them.
