Hi I have applied to extend my visa about 6 month ago but due to writing the wrong details they have sent me a letter to submith an new application .I have sent the new application while my visa was ran out. again they have sent me a letter and said the college is not registered in their list and they have said I don’t have any right to apeal. please help and let me know what shouls I do.

Since you had no right of appeal and if you are sure it was only a mistake that you made, you can get High Court to judicially review it.
I am assisting a student right now witn similar situiation. In her case, her college is a A rated but home office has indicated in their refusal decision that the College is B rated and she was refused for just that.
However, be warned that judicial review is good for these sorts issues but it a bit expensive.

I’m not expert of these kind of things, but I hope you should re-apply. Could you please let me know what kind of mistake you have done on your form. Because Im also having same trouble.
Actually I also currently having some trouble with my visa extension. I also filled my application incorrectly. (My course starting date is 13th of September 2010, as per my CAS. But mistakenly I’v write it in form as 13th of February 2010). I applied 17th of July, and my visa expired 18th of July. Still I didn’t even got bio-metric appointment letter from UKBA. I’m confusing now. Advice me please.
