UKBA students policy have been not correct. Just UKBA main target for come foreign remittance. Many of the bogus college are permitted for tier 4. Some of the very bogus college licensed have canceled just 20-23. September 2009 and January 2010 session many Asian country students have effect for and a lot of money not refund for college. My question is why those money was not refund UKBA. Where are human related institute why not help for sufferer students. British policy is every time different and just for earn money.
