I am from India. I applied for UK Visa (T4) general on 19th Feb and got refusal notice on 28th April,10.
ECO Comment.
“YOU HAVE PROVIDED BANK STATEMENTS FROM UBI AND ALLAHABAD BANK. HOWEVER THESE STATEMENTS HAVE NOT BEEN CONSIDERED AS THEY ARE OVER A MONTH OLD. I AM THEREFORE NOT SATISFIED THAT YOUR HAVE ACHIEVED 10 POINTS… I THEREFORE REFUSE YOU APPLICATION UNDER 245ZV(C). THIS DECISION WAS MADE ON THE MERITS OF THIS APPLICATION. HOWEVER, IF YOU HAVE A PREVIOUS APPLICATION AND IMMIGRATION HISTORY, THIS MAY HAVE BEEN CONSIDERED”.
(T4)Application date was 19th Feb 2010.
I had shown(closing balance)over a month old last statement–
UBI on 23rd sept.09 and
Allahabad as on 18th Nov09
because I didn’t made any transaction between last statement dates and application date and that because bank didn’t want to put any statement in bank’S PASS BOOKS on 28days prior to the date of my application. And I still maintained my banks amount till now which amount I had claimed in my application form which I can demonstrate also if A.Reviewer will ask.
I had applied for AR which is received on 17th May10. Now I am waiting for the outcomes and still now no result
I already got 5 times UK visa on sports visitor category.
dear I already suffered to getting my T4visa result with taking 2 months 2 week. Can you suggest me what i will do if my AR will delay (already 28days crossed)???
and where UK border agency mentioned that if in exceptional circumstances, of delay of A.R with in 28days they will notify me in writing as to when to expect a decision but WHY THEY ARE NOT MAINTAINED WHICH THEY ARE MENTIONED… ??

Hey, looking for some advise please. i am a student in Uk from Syria. I had been rejected by home office on my T4 visa application, afterward i went to the court and i won the case, even though they didn’t give me A visa, now my course had finished and fortunately i have been accepted by Essex University to study there but they said u r our student now but in order to issue a CAS letter for you, you need to do IELTS exam again to meet UK border Agency Condition. my passport is still in home office and it has been expired. please any suggestion will do.

sir,
I have a problem with bank statement. I need to show 3,60,000 in addition to bank loan letter.I am maintaining my money from 2nd august 2011.But in 11 aug 2011 i made transactions as mentioned below,
In 11 aug 2011 there were abt 3 transactions.
1) A cash deposit of Rs.40,000. Avl bal 14,00,982.
2) An amount of Rs 14,00,000 is debited from the bank and put in to the deposit Avl bal 982.
3) A cash of Rs 3,60,000 is deposited. Avl bal 3,60,982.
At the end of the closing day(10 Aug 2011) the balance is 13,60,982.
At the end of the closing day(11 Aug 2011) the balance is 3,60,982.
For visa purposes do they will only consider the balance at the end of the each day or the transactions within a day.So when can i apply for the visa.

Please can any one give me details about CAS, how many days before your course expires the college give u, as my course dissertation to be submmited on 15th August and my Visa is running out in July and they are reffusing to give me a CAS letter stating their are only 15 days and they dont want to, merly they are cheating first they said they will issue and now they are saying they wont.

My fiancee has got his UK student visa refused and the objection was that 12 pounds were less in the bank statement shown in the documents.. there was no issue shown after he collected his documents from UK embassy.
His consultant says maybe they don’t wanna give u a visa because why would the reject the visa jst because there were 12 pounds less in the statement .. Please give me some suggestions i need to tell him within 2 hrs.
Should he make the bank statement again?
Is there any possibility he could get the visa by providing his statement again with more higher amount. HE applied a loan from bank. which was around 13 lac (pakistani rupees).
Please help me i’m so worried .. i don’t wanna dis heart him any positive response??? .. if possible please tell me..

hi,
I received an unconditional offer to study for a year at Scotland ( University of Dundee) for A design research course. I have also applied for a 50% tuition scholarship which will help me ease out my student’s loan. The biggest problem I am now facing is, that despite receiving an unconditional offer and with the fact that my previous college has a memorandum of understanding with the university of dundee, I need to show a balance of app.14 lacs in my a/c for a month. I have tried my level best, but, am absolutely unable to generate so much cash for a month right now as most of it is invested at various places. Is there any alternative to this bank a/c situation? Its disheartening to know that i may not be able to go this year because of this issue. Incase i receive a scholarship by mid july ( the course starts in sept. 1st week) can i still apply for a student visa as I will have my student’s loan + the scholarship money to account for?

Hello Sir,
I am studying MBA in energy management. I have applied for the extension of my leave to remain in tier 4 category as my thesis is under review and i need few months more to complete my degree. But today I have been refused leave to remain (Tier 4 )application on grounds that i did not provide my BSC and Masters degrees in support of my CAS letter therefore, I have not been successful in claiming 30 points and refused my application. However UKBA has given me a chance to appeal against this decision.
I did not submit my degrees this time because this was an extension application and i already submitted all these documents before when i made my first application so my circumstances are same therefore, i consider that it is not required to submit these documents again.
Now I wanted to you for a piece of advice and let me know how i should address my issue forcefully in this appeal.

I am js from India i applied for tier 4 visa in January last & also my wife made Visa with me but we both didn’t get visa because my university withdrawn its sponsorship. i talked to my university & they told me that their extension time finished on 8th February. UK High commission returned our passports.I again consulted my university & they advised me to keep my admission on hold & also loan . But,now UK govt has changed rules for tier 4 students. So please advise me if i make my application again what should i do? My university will provide me new CAS Letter on27th may.

Hi My name is Kadir. I m studying MBA.This is my second term.My first term I passed all my subjecs.I will have to extention my tier -4 visa end of Aprill 2011.
I have a problem with my bank statement.I did put money £1600 25 March.
31 of March Credit solution company deductive £50. So my money is gone down £1580.
After that 8 April my money is gone up £1693.
21 april will be 28 days.
I have to send my documents 26 of april to HomeOffice.
Do you think will I have problem in my bank statement?Because of 31. March my money gone down £1580.
Will I get refuse?What can I do?

Yesterday I have got a refusal of of my client saying that they have doubts on the transcripts of BSC of Punjab University but the client has done BSc from Punjab Technical University and its 100% genuine. Should I go for review or not as it is totally unfair on their part that they have refused on the grounds which are not true.

I applied for Tier 4 General student visa but was refused entry clearance stating that– the documents you have provided for maintenance do not demonstrate that you are in possession of the required level of funds because:-
1. you submitted loan letter dated 22-01-11 saying you have been offered a loan of Rs. 7,000,00/-, but all of these funds were disbursed on 24-01-2011 and you made your visa application on next day 25-01-11, therefore this loan letter was no longer valid when you applied for visa. You have therefore not shown sufficient funds for maintenance.
2. General grounds for refusal:–
ECO Comment:- Although I am satisfied that the loan letter is not a false document, you have presented this as proof of funds available to you in full knowledge that all of this money was disbursed and no longer in your account. As a result, I am satisfied to a high degree of probability that you have made false representation s and your application is refused under paragraph 320 7(A) of the immigration rules.
Based on the above comments, kindly answer few questions:-
1. I didn’t know about the disbursement made before I made visa application, Can I ask for administration review & apologise for the same as well?
2. Can I reapply for visa with fresh CAS and fresh documents for maintenance, without going for AR (ECO says- because this application has been refused under 320 7(A), any future application may also be refused under 3207(B) and attract an automatic refusal of 10 years)?
3. If there is any possibility for re-application, how soon can I apply for session starting in september 2011.
Please help me !!

i applied for tier 4 visa but my visa was refused due to false documents of Bank.visa officer wrote that you have disbursed your loan from bank and when i enqiured in bank bank officer say that my loan is just sanctioned and still not availed so i reapply his decision and attached certificate given by bank so is their any possibility to get visa and i am attached statements so plz reaply asp .

i am studying at university of bedfordshire and i have got visa refusal from UKBa due to my funds which were from 1 nov to 28 nov same but on 29 of nov about 45 pounds was less due to direct debit and now they r saying that i have got 30 points but i have not got 10 points and now i am really very tensed because they r counting it from 2nd of nov to 29 of nov so waht should i do ?

i have submitted my visa application today for student visa but the bank statement i have provided doest not contains an official stamp of the bank though it is printed on a letter head and there is also a note printed that it is a system generated document and don’t needs a stamp or sign how will this affect on my application please guide.

I was granted entry clearance and entered UK on 19 Feb 2007. I changed course and enrolled on to BBA (Marketing) and new course was due to start on 15 April 2007. I worked around 20-22 hours for 3 weeks and then joined the course.
I passed first semester as regular student. I was studying in 2nd Semester while immigration officers cam to our home in search of a student. They interview us, I remained honest and told them that I’ve worked 20-22 hours. Then they arrested me on 19 Oct 2007 on grounds “Breach of law – working more than allowed hours”. They served me removal directions with no right of in UK rights of appeal. I was removed form UK on 22nd October 2007.
I appeal against this decision on human rights grounds on 21st but was rejected.
I appeal against this decision in AIT but it was refused.
My grounds for appeal were that Manuscript ‘CH 50 Pesons L
I applied for reconsideration of decision but senior immigration judge refused on 5 Sep 2008 stating that: -
These arguments do not disclose an arguable error of law which was potentially decisive of your appeal. The Immigration Judge was not satisfied that the person you wish to visit is your sister. You still have provided no proof of the relationship and therefore, this is not a family visit at all. In addition, the Immigration Judge was right concerned about your financial evidence.
above decision is merely stupidity cuz I was on study visa and did not apply for a family visit or wasn’t removed on any such grounds as mentioned in decision.
Now my wife is in UK under Toer 4 (General) Level 7 program.
Please let me know if I can come to UK on her spouse visa?

Im studying at a registered tier 4 sponsor and i will be studying for my last acca paper begining in the term March to end of august(results date). Since one paper does not constitute the required 15 hrs required,will the home office still issue an extention of my tier 4 visa (NB ive been studying at the same institution from the start of the acca course for two years). If not, does it mean i will not complete my course because im left with one paper?

I am writing because i need your advice. I was refused the leave to remain in june 2010 and i made an appeal. My appeal was allowed by the judge and i have received the letter from the judge confirming that he allowed my appeal the UKBA had 5 days to appeal which they did not do. My problem is that because i made the appeal on my own and that the UKBA send me cack my passport when i was refused the visa, i haven’t heard from them since the 3rd of november date when i received the judge’s letter. Could you please tell me how long it will take them to grant me with a visa?? *and do i need to do anything since i’ve got my passport with me.
