  • hi, i am an international student and i paid half of my fees before coming into the country but unfortunately couldn’t make complete payment of my fees on getting here because of the change of plans from home due to the unfortunate death of my mother, i told the school about it and always reported to the school but the school did not allow me attend lectures for second semester because of my unpaid fees and all efforts to get them to bear with me for a while proved abortive, fortunately, i got part of the fees and went to school to pay but i was told by the school that i’ve been reported to the ukba as not meeting up with my attendance and therefore not a student of the school anymore, my visa has not expired and i wish to continue with my course from where i stopped, i have contacted the school but they said they can’t take me back, please what do i do? i really need help

  • Hi rammikamboj

Report an illegal immigrant or other offence

If you know someone is breaking immigration laws, for example by being in the United Kingdom illegally or by employing an illegal immigrant, you can email the UKBA to give them information about it. They may not be able to acknowledge your email but will pass it on to the local immigration team in the appropriate part of the country. Where appropriate, they will investigate and take action.

To enable the UKBA to send your information quickly to the local immigration team closest to the offence you are reporting, please help by putting the specific place (for example Croydon) or the specific postcode (for example CR0) in the subject line (title) of your email. Please also try to give as much information as possible about the immigration offence (for example names and addresses), to help the UKBA’s investigation.

All personal information is treated as confidential. This means the UKBA will not tell the person involved that you contacted them. It also means that they will not be able to tell you what was done as a result of your information.

    Email: UKBApublicenquiries@ukba.gsi.gov.uk
