Sir I came to UK on 8th November 2009, as a MBA student one week before the begining of my Mba Classes i.e was 16th November 2009, then I knew that my college is suspended, I stayed 14 days in UK and went back to my home country on 21st November 2009, due to the death of my very close uncle and I am still in my home country, college/Institute back on the list in the mid of January, 2010, for few days and till yet college is suspended, I still have a student valid visa of 15 months what should i do,
I Aplied My Tier 4 Student Visa in Second week of August 2009, can I change my Sponsor and get new Tier 4 Registered of sponsor after arrival in the UK Second Time, or from my Home Country please let me know early. can i get before 5th October 2009, policy of changing Tier 4 Registeed of sponsor on same visa with the UKBA Permission letter by emailing to UKBA at migrant reporting@ukba.gsi.gov.uk
Please give me a brotherly Advice soon. I will be greatfull to You.

I am a student of Futures College(Barking)which is under suspension over last few months. I actually came here for study on tier 4 visa for the last January’10 session.But from January to now on my college is under suspension.Which is why I want to change my college and visa will be expired on 31April,2010. So would you kindly let me know about what to do regarding this matter. With Regards
