Dear Mr. Daniel,
After waiting for last two months, I am finally looking forward to a different institute to pursue my masters in hospitality. As wrote to you earlier, I have my admission stuck up with Cavendish college, but the same being under inspection, there is no news about it clearing up, now I ma looking forward to change my admission to LONDON SCHOOL OF COMMERCE which is affiliated to University of wales Cardiff, alike Cavendish, it has the same course structure too that I was looking at, secondly & most importantly, it has an A- Rating on the UKBA SPONSORS LIST AS ON TODAYS’S DATE. It has other two colleges working in coordination namely, SCHOOL OF BUSINESS & LAW, the other one being SCHOOL OF TECHNOLOGY & MANAGEMENT. But as I told you, it offers me a one year masters programme with a june intake. I need you to guide me & advise me if this particular college would be the right choice & if it is legitimate in all regards.
Currently I have all my documents with the visa office as my visa is on hold, what is the procedure I will have to follow to get my money refunded from cavendish & getting my visa documents back so that I apply for London School of commerce.
Well London school of commerce publishes it letter stating itself to be an accreditated college & as I told it is present on ukba sponsors A rating. Please suggest soon. Thanks a lot for your guidance Mr Daniel & Team. Awaiting your response.
Thanks
Sagar.

Hi Sagar
You will have to speak with Cavendish College and try to negotiate a refund – I’m sure that refunds will only be processed with original visa refusal documents. Check the college’s terms & conditions.
You can easily withdraw your visa application but you risk losing your fees paid.
You may well have to wait to learn the outcome of the suspension. I would also recommend you consider insurance to protect you against any future loss of fees or travel costs paid.
