I am studying with Global Vision College. To me this is one of the best college in Manchester Area in private colleges. UKBA has suspended the License recently and the reason was that around 80 visa letters were issued from the College from some one who was supposed to be the husaband of the ex director of the college. He did this without the knowledge of management. Few days after the management found out that fake visa letters had been issued.
According to the principal and management they informed straightaway to UKBA and provided the complete list of the fake letters issue by the person. UKBA appreciated this. Many students from the liste got visas and few arrived in UK as well. About two months after the College receives letter of suspension because of the issuance of about 80 fake visa letters. Now the management is still saying that the college license will come back because they were working together with UKBA and because they informedd UKBA about what happended. But being a student I am wooried that what will happen with us and where are we wrong? and is there any possibility that Global Vision College will get its license back.

I have been student in UK since last 3 year. I am student at Global Vision Collage since September and have been thru hole things. Since new management come in the attitude is very different. Very suportive and understanding. Good lecturars and good collage feeling for students. Not like other collage I been
to. I think if this was planned or this management was crooks then they would have let the visa go thru and not reported it to police and UKBA and secondly they would have closed the collage and opened with new name when they got suspended. From previus experience crooks open collage then do visa scam and than close collage. This is first collage i heard reported the bogus actions.
Why would a milionair family who have very good business background and connected to all the very important people want to spoil their family reputation by doing fraud. It is wrong to blame someone because of someone else actions. I think the blame lies with exdirector husband and the agents who were only wanting to make money and make students pay the price. The money which they have kept. The old management must have letterhead from before and must be same and got used to do fraud.
Shahbaz Sarwar told us students wen he told us about collage suspension that we do not have to pay until collage is back on list. He helped students whos visa needed renewing to change collage because suspended collage cant issue visa letter. He offered to help all students to move to a licensed collage with all our same class fellows, lecturars and classes so our studies dont get disturbed. Even the fees to go on from where we left and not new fees. How is this man a crook. This man has supported us thru everything. We did not get asked to pay fees until the collage got the license back even tho our lectures went on as normal and our studies was not disturbed. Someone tried to do fraud with collage and the management reported it as any decent person would do because the owner is decent and dos not want bad name. The UKBA have obviusly done their research and know of relationships of all this management to people and after investigation have given global vision collage license back. I saw the letter from Minister to Shahbaz Sarwar it said that global vision collage have license back. Why would a crook want to go to minister to get license back if they had done scam. I think some people are spreading lies about global vision collage.
It is unfair on us students to get stuck in middle. It is very wrong that especially agents will send students anywhere as long as they make money, it is very selfish. This person Ali say that ‘everyone was involved and all what happened was planned’, which idiot will plan his own suspension and call the police and report students he going to make money off.

Hi Qadeer,
Before CAS was implemented in February, the British Embassy has had an extremely high number of applications so please be patient with your request. Once the visa application has been sent to the British Embassy it is up to them on how long they take.

As you are aware that our license was suspended on 1st March 2010 from the UKBA register, I now take great pleasure in informing you that our Tier 4 Licence has been reinstated and is back on the Tier 4 colleges list.
Our request to be reinstated was a direct decision from our Minister of State Phil Woolas MP. Who himself took great interest in our case and instructed a notification to reinstate our Tier 4 Registration Licence from 7th April 2010.
I would like to thank you for your indispensable confidence in our ability and greatly appreciate your support extended to us.

Hi Usman
Their licence was suspended 1 March 2010, which is quite recently. I doubt they even know when the UK Border Agency plan to visit. I imagine we’ll hear something about this college in a month or so.
If what the college told you is true, then yes, it will help their case as any co-operation with the UK Border Agency over such issues is definitely welcomed.
However, given that fake visa letters have been discovered, every single student’s file will need to be investigated, which could take some time to complete.
I think they will get their licence back – maybe B rated – but it could take some time.
