HI ALL,
I came to UK by getting student visa on the visa letter issued by the GVC. When I reached here , the college denied admission. Now I am under threat of deprtation by the Border Agency. Does any one else is facing the same situation, if it is then please contact me. This is a greater fraud, The British Embassy has varified admission at the time of visa decision, Now in UK the situation is quite different. Can any one help, my solicitor says that there is 50/50 chances of my case to win. On the other hand I have paid remaining amount to the College, I am studying , college accepts that I am a regular student but it denies first admission. What can I do?

Hello Shakeel,
if you have paid Any fee(Demand Draft) in favor of college for Visa letter.You can show this (Scan copy or any other proof of that DD) to the college or Embassy too.
