london sam is permenently removed from tier 4.
UKBA had permenently widrawn its licence without notice.so london sam is going to make case on UKBA that for which reason their licence had suspended.

  • Hello daniel
i have one technical query those students who are al ready studing at london sam and are in the middle of semister can they stay in the college no matter if the license is suspended or not because other colleges are not taking any admission till july or aug . we are in da middle of no where because no approved colleges can take students in da middle of the semister adding to that our visas are expiring in oct so if we stay in the college and complete the semister will home office still refuse our extentions on the base that we stayed in the college which is suspended ??
    thx in advance

      • Hi Tapas

I don’t know how medical certificates could help you travel to the UK when your sponsor’s licence is suspended? Can you provide some more information at what your agent suggested? The UK Border Agency does advice students not to travel; some have been granted entry by the ECO and others have had their visa cancelled and sent home.

  • You should go to uk to study with an other sponser.Dont wait alot becoz if Border agency withdraw college licence you will not able to travel to uk,then you should apply again to get entry clearance.Go and Study with different Sponser.

    • I have some what similar story here. I applied for St. Patrick’s College, London, but still I didn’t get my visa as the college license has been suspended. I submitted my visa application 2 months before, yet no response. College is keep on telling this will be resolved very soon. but when. Is there anything I can do rather than withdrawing my VISA application?

      • Hi Tapas

If you are applying to study a course under Tier 4 (General) for six months or less, you will no longer be able to bring your family members (known as ‘dependants’).

If you are applying to study a course lower than degree level (excluding foundation degree courses) under Tier 4 (General), your dependants will no longer be able to work (unless they qualify to work in their own right under Tier 1 or Tier 2 of the points-based system).

Dependants will only be granted permission to work in the UK if the student will be following a foundation degree course, or a course at degree level.
