Hi
I need some advice about changing my college, the problem is in October they told me that i have never attended the class but i have been their and they did not have tutor in most cases and when i enquired about my attendance they said it will be taken care if you have signed at the reception. Now they have not made me sign any dismissal letter or any other letter but they told me to hand my ID back to the college and told me that i don’t have to attend any classes in october. Now i have found a different college near to my house in wales.Should they not legally provide me a letter to join the new college or should i just use the dismissal letter that they give me with their own excuses. Please advice?

dear sir
here is a problem i want to tell you some thing and want to have an advice.
i came here in UK in august 2010 and my college was in college but due to some reasons i don’t wanna study there so i informed Home Office the reply me in a general e-mail that under these rule and regulation i can get new admission and visa within living in UK. And after that my previous college inform the HO that student is not joining the college. I made call to College for a transfer letter but they refused to give me any letter. I applied for admission in The LSBF Manchester for Admission and they offer me the admission. Now i want to know that under these circumstances do i need a letter from previous college and do i need any letter from HO. And it is mentioned in HOME OFFICE WEBSITE that if you want to change education education provider then you need to just make a newtier 4 application with a CAS letter from a highly trusted sponser college.Kindly guide me that What do i do now. What will be the further step. can you guide me or not. kindly inform me as soon as possible.
thank you sir
