i recently applied to extend my students visa here in Tehran for ACCA course with LSBF, unfortunately they have refused my application the on the ground that i have not supplied my exam status report with my application even thou it clearly states on my CAS that the information which i have provided has been passed on to UKBA, LSBF wanted my status report to asses my english even thou I am half way through my course and have an established presence in UK as i have lived there for the past 8 years!
they have refused me on maintenance as well saying the funds was not in my account for 28 days even thou the bank statement was dated 12th october and i submitted my application on 3rd of novemeber plus i gave them another bank statement from here which had clear funds in excess of £2500 on top of my account in uk, and i have paid my full fees to LSBF as well!!!
I am looking to request for an AR, do you think i will have a good case to argue on my AR. and possibly how can i get hold of a new CAS to submit a new application as LSBF are not the most student friendly college in London!!!
