Evidence of money already paid to your education provider
When it assigns your confirmation of acceptance for studies (CAS), your Tier 4 sponsor can include details of any money that you have already paid to it.
If your CAS includes details of money paid to your Tier 4 sponsor, you do not need to provide any further documents to show that you have paid this money. If you do not know whether your CAS includes this information, you must ask your Tier 4 sponsor.
If you have paid any money to cover your course and accommodation fees to your Tier 4 sponsor, but your CAS does not indicate that this has been paid, you must include evidence of payment in your application. You must send an original paper receipt issued by your Tier 4 sponsor confirming:
* that you have paid all of your fees; or
* the amount you have paid
Guys i read the above on UKBA website and i’ve got a couple of questions in mind-
1) As per the above quoted text if I have paid the full fees to college/sponsor out of the MONEY HELD IN MY savings a/c and it does show on CAS then i wouldn’t need to show any other evidence that it has been paid but will I have to show any proof(account statement) of it being held in my savings a/c from the last 28 days and How i got this money ? (Actually i have the money in my a/c but it ain’t 28 days Old yet Smile )
2) Can I show Fixed deposit (FDR) (Made in 2009- maturity date SEP 2011) as proof of Maintainence funds. (can get the letter from bank that it can be liquidated anytime) ?

Hi,
I am from bangladesh.I got cas from university uk.But maitainance is not clear to me.
My last transaction in bank 20/07/10.and withdraw certificate and statement on 23/08/10.I will submit my application on 8 september
Am I eligible for tier 4 application.
