my collage is britannia collage of excelence is suspended but ukba visit is finish on 26 feb 2010,my visa finish is 31 march 2010, can i apply extend my visa for this collage ya i change collage. i ask collage head he say collage come on tier 4 list on 2 weeks. i paid full fee this collage.what happen to do right now, plz tell me right think. bcoz i m tens.and lot of student same problum plz help us.

You can of course change education provider to one who’s licence is currently valid. Given the short time frames, maybe I can help you?

You will not be able to apply for an extension to your visa whilst your sponsor’s licence is suspended. If you had applied to extend your visa before the suspension was put in place, your application would have been placed on hold.
With hindsight you can see that by leaving your visa extension to the last-minute, you’re in a sticky situation. Perhaps everyone reading this can take notice and get their applications in early.
If the college was inspected on 26 February 2010 it will take a minimum of 28 days for the school to learn the outcome of the inspection.
You should inform the college of this and explain that you clearly can not wait this long as your visa will expire. You will either have to change sponsor very quickly or probably return to your home country and apply for a new student visa once the suspension is resolved.
