When will Bc College Of North West London back in UKBA list? it will back or not ?what about college ? is it a bogus college?

    hi there
    i am also a student of bc college of north west london.i enrolled back in nov09.and the college was A+ rating but all of sudden it was taken off from ukba list but was operating till june2010. could somebody please tell me what was exactly date when it was shut permanently? thanks

    hi danial nd adeel how r u i m also the student of bc college. i informe u adeel i went to college 1 week ago could u beleive the college has been closed nd their is a new company working every thing finished i also payed 2000 pound in pak nd 500 pounds here i have 1 yea visa left can u guys tell me what i do i m also so worried who will give me my mony back reply me guys

      hi Yasir,
      Thanks for your reply yaar im so mucch worried about the money .I think you should lodge a case against that college.Same thing happens with one of the paki student(From Global Vision College London i guess).He Lodged a case against the college about the refund of fees.and he won the case .Court issued orders to give the full refund fees + cost. I think you should go by this way,as im not there im in Pak.in this way you will get your dues back and me as well and many of the students like us from that college. and also do give me ur contact number and email address.

    Hi Everybody.
    I Was also enrolled to BC college in November 5 2009 but after that i could not get any thng from the UKBA.Now in september 28 2010 i got refusal of my application.I have paid 1000 pounds to the college.Tell me how should i refund my money .Please tell me the ways of it .I m trying to catch the college authority but they are not picking up my phone and moreover they are not even sending reply to any of my Email.
    Please tell me anyone what to do in this Situation

      Sorry to hear about your problems. What was the reason for refusal? Can you send the refusal notice to me? daniel@adviceforyou.org.uk

      The Courts take a dim view of the refusal to provide a refund and have already ordered Global Vision College to pay a full refund plus costs. The ruling should encourage other students to take similar action and the Court’s decision has profound implications for international students facing tough regulations from the Home Office and UK Border Agency.

        I’m Sending you a scan copy of my Refusal Letter at your email address please check it.I’m too much worried about my Money.College is Not attending the phone and i guess that the college is closed and their website is also closed.What if the college Gets permanently closed??Who will give my Money Back.???

      Are you a student of BC College? If you are, I would not suggest travelling as you may well face difficulties upon your return.

      Also, are you still having classes at the college?

    hi guys, i applied for visa extension through BC college in 5 nov 2009 ,college suspended in 23 nov2009 and then i email to ukba and ask for permission to change college but they did nto respond,later in july i send letter by post and in reply they give me permission to change college and ask me to send them new CAS details ..i got admission for Master in Greenwich University and send ukba new cas number but after 1 week they send me refusal that ur college was suspended in 14 sep ,so thts why we refuse ur visa but they give me right to appeal..now i m going for appeal tomrrow ..plz pray for me.this UKBA is bullshit….i paid 1500 pounds to BC college which i did not get back
