When will Bc College Of North West London back in UKBA list? it will back or not ?what about college ? is it a bogus college?

    hi denial how r u this is yasir i still studing in BC COLLEGE OF NORTH WEST LONDON my question is this i m going to college still now nd i asked daily from the college that when will come back in the list ur college they said its not ur problem its our nd ukba matter come it soon wait i want to ask u now what i do may i change my college or still studing in thjis college but i dont have interest to study in this college i also have to pay

    Pertaining to BC College being suspended, is it possible to send an e-mail to UKBA and make a direct complaint against this person who we considered as our agent? It seems like a hopeless situation, we have been demanding refund from the school thru our “agent” but still no news have been given to us. It has been 3 weeks since request of refund.

    hi guys…

    as for my part, i have been enrolled in BC College as well and our agency told us to proceed with our application even though the college is suspended coz they say, the school is already doing their part to settle things ang get their license back. we lodged our documents december 2009 and up until this date, heard nothing from the the British Embassy as with regards to our application… it is very disappointing that the whole process of acquiring a student visa takes us a century to wait and it just looks so vague as to when is the exact date for the visa result. What we have been through is no joke, the fact that we already have spent a lot of time, money and effort with this.

    Let’s just hope and pray that the UKBA will act on this matter at the soonest possible time.

      Thanks for your comment. If the college has been issuing visa letters whilst suspended they would surely face losing their licence and it is strictly forbidden by the UK Border Agency.

      I place fault with your agent too, as they should have known the relevant rules and regulations, since they are responsible for recruiting you to study in the UK. I would consider taking action against your agent if you end up losing money – you may stand a better chance of seeing a return.

        Thanks for your reply. I just would like to ask if you have any idea regarding the status of BC College? Coz up to now, we still dont hear any news from the embassy nor from our agency. Our agency just keeps on telling us to wait.worse, they dont entertain our queries anymore..and it’s really sad that we got no clue of what’s really happening… is there a standard as to upto when will the UK embassy put our application on hold? coz if there’s no chance that the school will get their license back, they might as well return our documents at the soonest possible time coz we badly need them as well.

          Hi Cori

          Are you agency not pursuing the matter in any way on your behalf? Did you pay your fees to the agent or direct to the college?

          I sympathise with your plight as this college’s sponsor licence has been suspended for a very long time now. The only good news I can give you is that your application has not been refused stating that the college’s licence has been permanently withdrawn. Perhaps that can give you hope about a resolution sometime in the future.

          Remember if you withdraw your application you could forfeit any right to a refund so be sure to check the college’s terms and conditions carefully before taking such action.

    thank you very much saqib for your response. It is true then that we have been tricked by our agent because he advised us to proceed and lodge the visa application last december of 2009..

    hi daniel and readers,
    I hope you can help me with an important inquiry. I have tried and tried to search the web on when was the exact period that BC College of Northwest London got suspended, if not the exact date, then the month will do. It is very important that I get this information because I believe we have been deceived to enroll even though the college has already been suspended at the time of our enrollment which was late last year 2009.
    Thank you. I hope someone will be able to enlighten me on this. Advance Thanks again.

    Hey, I went to that school too!….was upset that it got suspended, lost so much!… managed to find TASMAC, which is close by and ok with fees. Hope it helps :-)

    As per mine judgment college may not come back in UKBA list.

    Just Make a call @ College’s Number 00 44 20 8200 9600 and get new news from college.i also make a call they said ,we have a meeting in June with UKBA.

    Hi,

    it’s been a couple of months since the college has complied with the requirements the UKBA required the college to submit to get back thier tier 4 license. what’s wrong with u UKBA people? i mean how long time do it take you to decide on it? We the students are the ones suffering. we cannot move on coz our documents were in the UKBA right now. Time and Money here are wasted.

    4. AT THAT TIME WE DO NOT KNOW THAT WHAT WILL YOUR POLICIES
    IN NEXT SOME MONTHS.

    5. IF NOW YOU SUSPENDED THAT COLLEGE FROM YOUR LIST
    WHO IS SUFFERING ALOT. JUST ONCE THINK ABOUT IT .

    6. ONLY WE THE STUDENTS WHO FORTUNATELY OR UNFORTUNATELY
    ADMIT THAT COLLEGE FOR BRIGHTER FUTURE.

    7. IF YOU HOLD OUR APPLICATION ON JUST BCZ OF SUSPENSION OF THAT

    hi every one my name is mark im one of thuz student who was been inroled in BC college… i did my apperance last nov. 2009 until now my visa and documents are still inside the UKBA… its been almost 6 months already and it freaks me out… i just wanna why the scholl has been suspended? for what reasons?? and why the UKBA is still holding our papers if there is any problem? they should bring it out so we can find another school right… its a big waste of time if they keep on holding it if they know that they cant give the visa for us… theres alot of school in UK that i belive we can transfer…

    i m also the student of b.c college london. and i submitt my application on 18th jan 2010.. but still i didnot get it back and now i come to know about suspension of the same college..
    now any body plz tell me or guide me further.. that what should i
    do about it.
    its sure that m not gona withdraw my application.. but if i leave it with uk b.a. then how will they treat it.. soon or it depend upon them…

      Hi Yasir i am also student of BC College.My case is pending 19.11.2009 to till now.i have make a call College’s Number 00 44 20 8200 9600 today they said it will back with in 35 days.soo wait and watch.

      hi melai/..i have a friend also who is endroll with that school..and the agency told her thats its already ok..but the name was till not in the list..but i tihnk if its ok probably there still technical error..
