hi guys , this is suhaaz from bangalore i have been refused visa from uk and also banned from entering uk untill 2020 for deception , now i have been admitted from french b school for a pg course for september 2011 intake and i have all genuine documents for getting me a french visa .. whether i ll get a french visa depends on my documents or the fact that i ve been barred from uk .. one more question , in the refusal they have mentioned that i wont be able to enter only uk . not the european union countries . i need advice guys thank you

I am Pakistani. I applied study case of United Kingdom but ECO refused 320(B) because when i applied first time for student visa then i attached non-genuine college letter.First Time ECO refused because he was not satisfied that i did not fulfill the Paragraph 57 rules of Immigration . I am much confused when my first refusal was simple ECO did not accused me on 320(A). Now why did ECo do So and accused on me 320(B) when i applied second time.

Most countries follow the British and US. Once banned in these countries very difficult to get visa for OECD and EU countries.The biggest reason for refusal was deception means fraud. The chances are very slim and very lucky you may get french visa

i think better try with new passport on other country because when they refuse they stamp on your back page of your passport, that is remark. bad point when you apply visa to any country except Asia country but not included Singapore, HK, Taiwan, S/Korea and Japan.
