somebody has told me that this college has been inspected and going to be removed from UKBA list is this true?

They’re not even verifying my VISA LETTER and you’re talking about REFUND….! I’ve sent them scanned copy of my VISA LETTER several times but good for nothing.

But you have a visa refusal letter right? They have no choice but to provide you with a refund. If not, you can instruct a lawyer to take legal action against them.

Hope you all are fine.
With reference to the visa letter, please note that I’ve been refused and UKBA stated that “we made several attempts to verify but your college “St. George’s College didn’t response” that’s why we are they thought that my VISA LETTER is not Genuine and hence REFUSED. With reference to the ONLINE verification from college’s website, please note that the same is disabled now. I heard from a source that they (ST-GC) sent an e-mail to UKBA stating that “Our LETTER-HEADS has been stolen from our office” what does it mean????. Colleges are allowed to offer only 300-350 admissions per session but they offered more then 3000 I guess.
Mates I think this college is playing a big game with all of us.
What should we do to make black-list this college as they are offering fake admissions.

This College Is Totally Scam. My Visa refused .. and Same reason.. I Advice people don’t take admission in this college. They Running Fake college. and this college has to be banned. I suggest all of people who fell victims of this fraud should report to the UKBA. and Asked Them To refund our fees.

no brother its not a big problem you just go ahead with your current course and after reaching to UK you can easily switch over to business managment but in same college… did you get CAS or visa letter from st george’s college (balaam street)?

I understand the confusion – you are right, you’ve applied to the college whose licence is still valid; as of 12 March St. George’s College (UK) Limited appears on the Register and is A rated.

As your visa application is still pending, your sponsor can not have had their licence withdrawn. If they had, your application would have been rejected.
Your application will be placed on hold until the suspension is resolved.

you are right dear , im also having same problem and i have heard same news as you did that st george’s college has been suspended, but its not true that its gonna be out of the list , suspension means they(colleges) are updating their systems according to the UKBA requirments….. im still wating to hear positive reply from daniel….

The UKBA may find nothing wrong with the college or they may, as you pointed out, place requirements on a sponsor to improve their systems, particularly for recording attendance.
Do you have any idea when their licence may have been suspended? I’ll try and speak with them for an update.

no brother i haven’t any idea about the suspension i talked to my agent and he said that the college is not suspended they are still offering admissions as well. and if incase of suspension , the students are not responsible who have applied for visas before the suspension of the college ( if so). students should be given favor from the embassy…. keep us update about st.george college ,
