my friend has applied in a diploma course at BCNW college which has been suspended the application is still in progress while the session is out.
Can you plz tell me wut should he do shud he withdraw his application or he should wait?

i applied 2 extend my visa for ACCA last may, given the biomatric waiting 4 more than 4 weeks just yesterday i found my college was not in ukba site, what is the best think 2 do? is it ok 2 withdraw my application and ask 4 the refund apply 4 another highly trusted collge

I need an advise pls, My visa is expiring on 28-02-2011.My college was suspended in December 2010 but, they didn’t tell me about that.coz classes is still continue, one day one guy told me that college is suspended and it was in december but,they took money from me in January 2011 when they were already suspended and i didn’t know about this.Is this normal,can they allowed to take any payments while the college is suspended.I new that college is suspended last week and they told me to do not worry everything will be fine.They told me that i can get an appoitmant 24-25 february and till this time everything gonna be fine.I asked them so many times is it true can i believe them or shall i leave the country before my visa is expiries, i told them thet don’t want to be illegal here, they sad everything will be fine.Now i don’t know what to do. Please help me!!!

If the visa application is withdrawn, it is unlikely that a refund will be possible. It would have to be negotiated with the college.
If at all possible, I think it best to wait and learn the result of the suspension.
