I applied my visa extension in 03/09. Home office rejected my extension based on wrong information. They rejected me with the college i did not enroll and the course i did not enroll. I sent it back and explained them to review my application form and college letters. I still have not heard anyting until now. It is I called home office on 17/05/10. They told me to keep on waiting. Can anyone give me advice? Please!. Do i need to see solicitors?

you don’t really need a solicitor your case is very simple draft a letter your self explain everything send it to visa officer who is handling your case and send a copy to UK Border Agency Headquarter Lunar House croydon.Or if you want your case to be faster you can use a Solicitor but you have a simple case. I had applied my visa tier 4 uk.in jaunary 2010 but still now i didnt get any reply from the embassy.regarding my visa due to which i have to face various problem regarding my carrier. i m not getting the accurate information regarding my visa as already 4 months passed away.so kindly help as soon as possible as it is a matter of my carrier waiting for your reply……. and my college also in list tier 4 list for last 8 months………..what i can do plz suggest me………………

My appeal was allowed then i submiiited passport with call letter with new addmission. After that college suspended from the ukba the college Gatway2uk education. in during my case refused due to college suspended.gave me appeal. in appeal they write your college has been roveked…………. Plz tell me i will appeal against decision or i will apply fresh case………….. i m very wooried from thos condition…………….
