I am the relative of one of my cousin for I had applied admission in Global Vision College. I have been to the colleges in UK since last few years at different times. Every time I visited any private college I found those colleges a business place or a shop. Global Vision College is the only college in Manchester Area or Yorkshire that whenever I visited the place I felt that yes this is the only college who should be who is teaching and this is the only college who can compete colleges like Kaplan, The Manchester College. The staff and management always helped me and co-operated with me. I have not seen such a behaviour and atmosphere at any private college.
Now my cousin has got visa which is starting from 26th march 2010 but he can not travel because the college has been suspended. I think Home Office is being very racist or discriminating. UKBA is killing the students who are already studying at the college and the students whose visas are with the embassies. This is totally unfair, if ukba has suspended the license of the college due to any reason but it should give about 6 months to the students who are already studying and also allow the students to come to the country and join course and study for 6 months and then change the college if college is not reinstated. The burden is on ukba and my cousin has got visa to come into the country but happens if ukba will not give license back to Global Vision College by 26th march. There is nothing above law and this is against humane rights. My request is to all the current students and students abroad to be one unit and I am ready to put a case in the court against ukba regarding my cousin who will loose money, career and trust in United Kingdom government. I request home office to lift suspense urgently from the college or give all the students to study at the same college for 6 months. The actually enemy of overseas students is ukba but not the colleges who have no feelings about innocent students.

Dear Daniel,
I am one of the unfortunate student of Majestic College. At the moment, i am still waiting and hoping that they would inform us what is happening- did never hear a word from them to explain what is their status. I am hoping that they are doing their best to be responsible enough for their students.
Is there any chance they would regain their license?
Many Thanks.

As you are aware that our license was suspended on 1st March 2010 from the UKBA register, I now take great pleasure in informing you that our Tier 4 Licence has been reinstated and is back on the Tier 4 colleges list.
Our request to be reinstated was a direct decision from our Minister of State Phil Woolas MP. Who himself took great interest in our case and instructed a notification to reinstate our Tier 4 Registration Licence from 7th April 2010.
I would like to thank you for your indispensable confidence in our ability and greatly appreciate your support extended to us.

Hello,
I got my visa last February 18 but I was not able to travel because my College was suspended at that time. Last March 4, my college was reinstated but unfortunately they only have limited CAS. They conducted a risk assessment and unfortunately they rejected me and did not give me a CAS even if I already have my visa.I really felt bad because I have spent so much already for my application and now that I have my visa the College will refuse me.It is really so ridiculous because at my first assessment they accepted me, given me an offer letter and visa letter and now that I have a visa they will not give me a place in their college?
Is that fair?
Hope somebody could give me advise on what to do.
Thanks,
Rolly

I ask one question from Colleges and victims.
What is MAC ( Migration Advisory Committee doing in this matter)? nothing . The colleges must put a petition in the court against ukba rules. This is a reasonable and justifying that ukba should suspend the license but only that college should not be able to bring or enroll more students but they should be allowed to teach to the students who are enrolled with them.

Hi Ali
Actually, when a sponsor has their licence suspended, they are still supposed to carry out their full obligation as a sponsor to all migrants already in the UK.
Has your college refused to teach you?
