as i applied for dependent vis on 3 march . but still . i dont get visa of uk so please help me , what is the actual reason behind delay

Thanks for the info.But i have a query as i said i had applied my visa on 22nd Jan for the Jan intake but couldnt join the course as i dint get visa.And the same thing i had adressed to my New Castle college wherein they said they would transfer my admision to other batch that will be in June 2010.Now my query is will the visa office issue the visa because when i had apllied for visa the admission letter was for the Jan intake.
I am assuming that i will get my visa and then after from college i will ask for new admssion letter for the June intake.How will visa office work on this?I hope they dont reject assuming that as i am already late for the Jan course there is no use of getting apporved visa.How should i go about it?Bcos if the visa office will need the new letter then i need to speak to the college and get it.

Hi,
I have just heard that Icon College lost their license and are planning to go to court!!!!
London Reading College also lost their license and went to court, not sure if I believe that they were given 600.000 pounds in compensation.
Neither of these two news surprise me , it was common knowledge that they were not fully legit.

Do you have any paperwork to support these cases? I’m skeptical that they could have been heard so quickly. Besides, the UK Border Agency would surely appeal any judgment not in their favour, meaning even longer resolution times.

New Castle College is back in the list as on 23rd march 2010.I had applied my visa on 22nd Jan. Any idea normally how long now visa office will take time to issue the visa?

They would have only begun considering applications on 23 March 2010, at the earliest. There is probably a large backlog of applications for this college, so expect delays.
