    • Hi Jasim

As long as they have not done anything wrong, then they should be OK. From whom have you heard that the college’s licence will be re-instated?

  • Sir,

I am a student of Cromwell College of IT & Management and my college’s license has been suspended since three months. Can you tell us the date on which the decision will be taken. Will it be back on the list again? I would be grateful if you can give the exact status and the reason for suspension.

    Thanking you

    • Hi Parvez

Only the college and the UK Border Agency will know the precise details. Visa applications are still on hold, which means the UKBA has either not come to a decision or is yet to announce becuase they have yet to decide what to do with all the students who will be stranded. I imagine the latter is true in some cases.

    • Yes, it’s great news Ahmed. Glad to have been able to help during their suspension – it was stressful for so many.

I think there may be delays in processing all the visa applications that have accumulated so good luck and keep me updated with how you are getting on.

    • Hi Ravindu

It can take up to 32 days following an inspection for a decision so we could hear something at the end of this month.

    • Hi Ayaz

No news about this college. Visa applications are still pending so the UK Border Agency probably has not yet decided what to do.
