The following schools and colleges were removed from the Register:

- Moor Park Charitable Trust Ltd
- Renaissance International College
The following schools and colleges were added to the Register:
- Birmingham College
- Christian Education and Training
- English Country Schools Ltd.
- Leeds English Language School
- Wellington College
- William Shakespeare College

As of 16 February, University of Hertfordshire Higher Education Corporation appears on the Tier 4 Register of Sponsors and has an A rating.

why Tasmac is not still htere in the list? are we to wait forever?

They are actually still waiting to be inspected by the UK Border Agency. Following that, there will be 32 days of corresponding. That is the earliest a college can be re-included on the list, in the most simple of cases.
TASMAC have told me they will provide an official update in due course. We’ll post any news we receive immediately.

They’re still waiting to be visited by an official from the UK Border Agency, so I think it will be some time yet before the suspension is resolved.
Have you been able to speak with the college and get an udpate? Let us know if you do.
You should also speak with your college to ensure they change the start date of your course.

how long will it take to twin training international study centre to be re-added under the sponser list since my documents are already into the process for home office. When I applied it was not suspended bt now I’m afraid about my visa and study.

You shouldn’t worry about your application as it will be placed on hold until the suspension is resolved. Twin UK is one of our partners and we’ve been speaking with them recently about this issue. We’ll post any new information we receive, as we receive it.
We’ve worked with Twin UK for a while and I don’t see any problem with them being re-included on the list. It just depends on how complicated things are and what, if any, new processes the UKBA has told them to implement. I imagine the process will take a few months.

It’s not on the register of Approved Sponsors, so the entry clearance officer was right. It must have been removed recently as it certainly used to be on the register.

Hi Shane – no news, but I’ve chased them for an official update. Will post anything I receive in reply here. As of 22 February, they still do not appear on the Tier 4 Sponsors Register.

Any update on renaissance international college? how long will it take for renaissance international college to be re-added under the sponser list since my documents are already into the process from december. When I applied it was not suspended but now I’m afraid about my visa and study.

Their licence was only suspended on February 15, which is pretty recent in the scheme of things.
I imagine we will hear something in the next month or so.

Any updates on TASMAC. I paid my fee and filed my visa on Jan 5th. How long do i have to wait? Classes have already started on 8th Feb. This situation is really disappointing. plz advice Daniel.

No updates on TASMAC, despite repeated requests. I’m really dissapointed too. A couple of colleges have made public statements, which have been warmly received. It’s a shame other colleges don’t follow suit. What’s also dissapointing about TASMAC is that their website still states they are an A rated Tier 4 sponsor, which is misleading for students.
You will have to wait until the suspension is resolved I’m afraid. This could be several more months.
