i talk to colllege they said the inpection has done and thay are waiting for tha inspection result but still its not in from the last two week thay are just asking for wait what time i should to be wait or i have to withdrawl mu application

Following an inspection 32 days are set aside for correspondence between the sponsor and the UK Border Agency over the issue. So, according to the UKBA, a sponsor can expect to learn the outcome of their inspection following this period.

Their licence was suspended on 23 February 2010, so I doubt they have been inspected it – it’s far too soon.

TASMAC UK Ltd. Tier 4 Licence suspension lifted 17 March 2010. It has been re-included on the Register with a B-rating.

Dear Daniel
I have completed my BSC from Oxford Brooks Uni. I want to apply for Tier 1(PSW) but from last couple of months my college is on suspesion ( where I was studying for my Degree). What shall I do coz my student visa is also getting finished.
Could you plz advise me.

A Tier 4 sponsor’s licence suspension should not affect your Tier 1 application, as I understand it, as you do not need to be issued with a CAS number.
