From now on, Highly Trusted Sponsors will be dealt with on the Highly Trusted Sponsors List, whilst Tier 4 Sponsors Register posts will cover A-rated, B-rated and Trusted Sponsors.

Hello Daniel This is a serious enquiry.
There are two conflicting rules regarding finance of
PBS Tier 4
DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED AT VISA APPLICATION CENTRE (VAC) CHECKLIST
It says dependent of Tier 4 has to have funds :
The minimum balance has been maintained for at least 3 months prior to the date they make their application.

Personal bank or building society statements covering a 28 day period ending no more than i) one month before the date of the application.
Would you please help me in this? I have funds in my account for last 10 days and planing to submit my visa file on 1st of November.

hi Sir, Im now in UK but my sponsor has disappeared to the list of UKBA this September 10, 2000. Im a bit worried because they might send me back to the Philippines after 60 days. Please tell me what to do, if I lodge new application, am I going to submit all the requirements again for transferring to another school? like bank accounts, pay CAS, ETC? Hope to hear from you soon.
