    Hi daniel, i have been refused because their was not any level of study in my visa letter. it was diploma in film making – sae education glasgow. i have applied to BHC for an admin review, but its more than 3 months , i have get any report. i sent e-mail,fax and letter to them more than 10 times, but they do not reply.

    i am from Bangladesh and they do not use telephone here.now i want to withdraw my application for the tuition fees refund. how can i withdraw an admin r/v?

    please help me…it is killing me for months.

      Hi

      You should write to your local VFS in order to withdraw your application. Be sure to include as much information as possible so they can identify your application.

      You should also complain given the amount of time you’ve had to wait for an AR decision.

    Any news about Majestic College? I don’t know the status of the college, if the suspension has been lifted or not.

      Hi Arnold

      Their licence was suspended on 1 March 2010, which is pretty recent all things considered.

      It can take schools and colleges anywhere from 3-6 weeks to several months to be inspected by the UK Border Agency, for a Sponsor Action Plan to be drafted if needed and to be re-included on the Register.

      You should keep checking the master list of college suspensions to see when your colleges suspension is resolved.

      Only the college and the UKBA will know for sure. After inspection, 32 days is set aside for correspondence, so it isn’t a quick process. Find out more on the timescales: what happens to my education provider if their licence is suspended?.

      I think this school has closed – they no longer occupy their listed premises.

    hellllllo daniel

    as u alredy knew tht i have applied for adminidtrative review.and my college has been suspended.so now i m going to get admission in another college 5E college which is registerd with ukba sponsors.and i m going to applied for fresh application.
    so my question is my further refusal and still i havnt any reply for admin reivew,so may i have to applied for fresh application or have to wait for admin review reply.?

    pls reply me ……..i m in trouble n frusteted too.

      Hi Sapan

      Administrative reviews can take a while to process and complete. You could just write to them to withdraw your appeal, get your documents and passport back and make a new application, with a new, licensed sponsor.

    I am very disappointed about the decission of UKBA.
    I submitted my file on 17th September 2009 and faced an interview on 25 February.No decisson is made by High commission to spend much more time.Now my collge LONDON COLLEGE OF BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT is suspended.
    I am very disappointed to get VISA as a legal student of METROPOLITAN UNIVERSITY,Sylhet,Bangladesh.I search the web LCBM was A rated colleges in UK.

    i am applying for uk student visa in january….my collage name gateway2uk but some body make fraud and now still my college suspended, so i requisted plz tell proper college position college willl beck in business or no ………even beck in businesss how long time?so daniel this for time my comment but no answer for you plz it;s time give me answe plz…………..
