tdy i contact with london sam about the suspension of the collge ,and from the school authorties i came to know that it will take 28 days time to decide by ukba about either to lift the suspension so according to them there inspection was on 19th feb and their result will come on by 15th march exactlly

i’m currently applying for a student visa through the help of an agency here in the philippines. I have met all of St. patrick’s requirement and the already sent me the conditional offer stating that i have met their requirements all i have to do is to pay the tuition fee. after depociting 5,130.00 pounds they told me that there has been changes in their requirements. I’m worried if the money will be refunded!

I just want to ask on how we can complain a certain Student consultancy to the embassy so that they can stop on what they are doing on there student. They are collecting huge amount of tuition fee, which in fact the school in that know about it. I really do hope that i can hear from you…

hello daniel, I heard some rumors that wave training in birmingham is suspended too..how true is this because march 16 post, the college is still on the list and the rumors was heard at the 17th the following day..thanks

As of 19 March 2010, Wave Training Ltd appears on the Register with an A rating. In fact, the UK Border Agency has not removed any institution from the Register for 3 consecutive days now.

Do you got any update on London sam and what are your views regardint their suspension .Do you think the college which is suspended for nearly 3 months now will get the license back . The problem is that i dont have a clear picture of their suspension and cant decide whether to continue in the college or not because they still say the license is suspended not revoked

No, your visa has not been cancelled or suspended; the suspension effects the college in that they can not bring any new students to the UK.
Where are you working and what’s exactly happened? Have you really been sent home becuase your boss thinks your college’s licence has been suspended? If so, you should tell him to call the UKBA and get his facts straight.
Your other question is about the status of Wave Training’s licence – is this your college? If so, their licence has not been suspended, so your boss is definitely out of order.

It can take schools and colleges anywhere from 3-6 weeks to several months to be inspected by the UK Border Agency, for a Sponsor Action Plan to be drafted if needed and to be re-included on the Register.
You should keep checking the master list of college suspensions to see when your colleges suspension is resolved.
Only the college and the UKBA will know for sure. After inspection, 32 days is set aside for correspondence, so it isn’t a quick process. Find out more on the timescales: what happens to my education provider if their licence is suspended?.

I rang London sam on monday 15th march as they supposed to get the decision on ukba license but they told me that the decision is pending now till 22 th . I think its quite clear what there attentions are now plus on there website some students have mentioned about the rumour that college license is been revoked . I am student of london sam as well and i think college management is absolutely unprofessional and did not handle this very well when ever you call them they just dont worry about it we will get the license back but i think london sam will be grounded this time
