We Are pleased to announce that the suspension of Avalon School of English from the RoS was finally lifted yesterday by UKBA and Avalon is now reinstated. It may take a day or so for Avalon to reappear on the online RoS due to “website refresh procedure” by UKBA IT department.

gud pm my son lodge his papers at the british embassy manila phil last jan 18 2010 but after 2 weeks of lodging his papares albion college was suspended.is this the main reason why his paper is on hold?we dont know if it is denied or ok.pls help us. And also are they affected of the new policy? kindly update us about the lifting of the albion college.tnx and god bless u

That’s correct; your son’s application is still suspended as his sponsor’s licence is still suspended. In fact, his visa application will not be considered until the suspension is resolved.
The new rules and policies will not apply as your son’s application was submitted and paid for before 3 March 2010.
