I am worried now as my student visa experies couple of days (31 Dec 2010). I have not yet applied for CAS as I am awaiting bank statement (28 days transactions)and hence will not be able to apply before/by 31 Dec 2010.

Hello! I’m from the Philippines. I applied for a student visa on the 1st week of February 2010. This was my second application since my first one (last Dec 2009) was refused.
I am having a serious issue with my tier 4 application. I noticed the 28 day requirement only a few days back.
