Its been more than 6 months since I filed for the tuition fee refund in Impact International College. I ask for the consultancy to follow up this school but it seems that the school got no plans in refunding my tuition fee.

hi. I am from mozambique. I received recently my student visa for uk. But my entry clearance as an error instead of tier 4 general they put tier 4 child.

I have been searching a qualified and highly trusted college and finally got this.but i have some curisity,,it is that my visa is going to expire in coming december2011,so i want to extend it in good course as am studying travel tourism and hospitaliy management level-5.I have passed 3 subjects related in it..

As i am really worried i am granted visa for february session 2011for postgraduate study but i got my visa bit late and my university who is highly trusted in uk deferred me to september session 2011 , now plz can you tell me that can i travel on same visa four weeks before my next session start.my visa is still valid until november2011 and my course will finish in september2011 and later i can apply for extension from uk..plz reply..

I am from India, my visa application for Tier 4 (General) Student Visa has been refused twice so far.
First time it was refused was due to the bank statement provided with the Application was not on the letter head of ICICI Bank bearing the logo and the name of the Bank along with Stamp and Signature.
Both migrants and education providers have been under the new Highly Trusted Sponsor Tier 4 rules of the points-based system since 6 April.
Following the Home Office’s announcement in November of yet another review of the Points Based System, the education sector was a nervous wreck, waiting for news that could destroy the industry in the UK.
