well i came in the uk on 8th march at the time of my entry i m not aware that my college got suspended but immigration officer allowed me to enter as i m a genuine student after that i tried to contact to my suspended institution but no response its shutdown after that i visit several colleges but they said u need to get permission from UKBA so v can enroll u when i spoke with UKBA they said u need CAS letter to move new fresh application i told them what the colleges asking me to issue me CAS letter they said no as per ur policy v dont restrict colleges to issue u cas letter i mean its realy shameful as student i loss my money which i paid to my suspended institution they just runaway now i dont know where i am standing i call the ukba lets say if i get CAS letter then how come i provide u bank statement as i take a loan from a bank for my higher studies they 1st said u need to show bank statement from inside uk i told them how come i opened a bank account as i m not enroll with any college so no bank open my account then how come i transfer money from my country then i told them that i have my loan approval letter with me and the issue date is 1/feb/2010 they said NO its more then a month old so v refuse ur fresh application on that ground i told them if my parents sent me another fresh loan letter then i have to wait for next 28days and if i wait my colege change time expires they said v cant help u in that case i mean is this what a genuine students today i understand what quality education and affordable price education stands for yes UKBA strict their policies day by dat but it discourage genuine students too i mean how can u diffrentiate btw genuine and fake students i decided too leave UK as i already suffer alot i loss my fees i loss my time so for other student i need to give them a message just stick to ur countries education providers either stick to them or else unite against such unjustifiable policies of ukba in their policy student is not safe anywhere if a student provider how have the duty to return ur fees i mean whats ur mistake either allow us to enter or return ur visa fees and college fees its not ur mistake v read their name in ur tier4 register n then pay them n get urself enrolled anyways GOOD BYE UK……..

Dear Daniel,
I would like to ask a piece of advise from you, I’ve already granted a VISA when the school I enrolled in was still suspended. And I was not able to join the January intake. Now, the school’s license was reinstated. New rules has been implemented. The UKBA has given them a quota for students for the upcoming May intake. Unfortunately, I was not included on the list. In other words , they refuse my application. And now, I was left hanging on the air..They promised me of a full refund of my tuition fees. Now Sir, I would like to ask you if I can transfer to another college in-spite of the school’s refusal? Can I transfer to another school using the same VISA? Please help me, I don’t know what to do. I was very disappointed of what had happened. Now I am very depressed. Please comment on this.. Thank you very much for your kind reply..

dont b amazed if one day all international students leave uk u dont even have one to say this ur attitude is not shocking infact its similar like the policies ov UKBA for international students i applied for canada which is much better then uk in many ways i did a mistake to choose uk for higher education there is no more education there what they all have is industry which implement new rules to earn few more bucks on the name ov their so called strict policies may i switch off the light now or u may do it urelf as in the future what expect is no more international student choose uk for higher eduction so i guess its better if u sit in dark n i move towards bright future…..

I don’t think the situation will become quite as extreme as you suggest: genuine students in the future will have nothing to fear and more confidence in the institutions they are applying to.

Finally u response in my post well check ur web site if situation is not that much extreme n confusing why most of the students are desperate n dishearted here well if neglecting this is a real solution trust me i am the 1st one who like to close my eyes and says all is well UKBA policies change like every day if you are taking abt genuine student can u please tell me the creteria of UKBA to diffrentiate between genuine and non geniuine students do they have any creteria to distinguish between illegal and legal students what do u think i leave uk happily i mean i paid 3000gbo to my college which just run away i call ukba regarding all this issue i feel like a m a soccer ball between ukba n college pardon me sir but situation in the ukba worst then ever i spend thousands on gbp but in the end i have nothing most of the students on this site is in ur own words are genuine students can u please tell me in UKBA policies where student is safe if an institute is bogus or fake can u please tell me who add them n rate then in their list who can such institutes ranked and accederated by uk top most accederation bodies??? whos responsibility to secure students fees and future if i m not mistaken uk government earn billions ov gbp from international stidents but may i ask what they do in return just makin policies which is not secure for students come in my country and check not people think to go somewhere else to study not because they dont want to come to uk for study but they realise its a bit risky who can gurantee them that their college never been removed from list or the college they like to study with is not bogus pardon me sir i m not the only one i see many others like me in the uk who are in much more worst condition then me if a institute is bogus blame on ur institute give the student a way to learn sumwhere else sorry to say but such policies sumhow encourage students to b illegal not everyone is like me who prefer to come back to their homeland thanks…..

I am fully agree on one thing that UKBA missed one important Component in their System – Protection of Student. Means Protection of Tuition fees Paid by Student. UKBA Said that the Point base system is similar to Australian system. But Australia has very good system to protect the student – Its called ESOS. So why UKBA missed one important component ? Why UKBA is not serious about protecting student ?. Even New Zealand and Singapore have system to protect the student. In case of US and Canada, thier authorities donot suspend OR Revoke licence of their institute frequently like UK. Approximately UKBA revoked licence of 15-20 institutes and suspend more than 150 institutes. so near future they might revoke some other institutes also. So If institute is revoked by UKBA and If institute denied to refund student fee, Who will protect thousand of students might affected by this? I think all genuine institutes, Genuine Education agents and genuine students should raise this issue. otherwise It will hit Education in UK Brand badly.
Also Anil In case of Loan you donot need 28 days old loan letter. so donot worry about this. also send email to BAC/ASIC and UKBA Regarding refund of your tuition fees. Try hard for the same.
