I am a mature student, now 26 years old, in the first year of a 3 yera BA (hons) and have only just really decided on the career path that I want to follow. It’s a tough choice and there are so many courses to choose from…. consequently I have set up a blog with one of my fellow mature students, Hana, and we are writing about our BA in Public Relations. Public Relations is a relatively new degree but if you are interested in the media, in communication and in being ‘In the Thick of It’ it is something that I definitely recommend you look into. Please feel free to ask us any questions – about PR or about Uni life, particularly if you are older and looking to return to studying. It is a scary choice but one that I have never regretted and I am happy to help anyone who is in a similar situation and is looking for honest answers about uni life!
