AFTER THAT I CONATCT WITH THEM FOR ANOTHER INTAKE FOR MBA THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE JULLY INTAKE FOR MBA AND TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN GAVE ME OFEER LETTER FOR JULLY TILL 6 TH MAY WHEN AGAIN I CONATCT WITH THEM ON 7TH MAY THEY(SEEMA AND NEENA STAAF OF LONDON SAM AHMEDABAD OFFICE) TOLD ME THAT IT WILL TAKE ONE WEEKS MORE TIME TO START THE PROCESS WHEN I CONATCT WITH THEM ON 14 TH MAY THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WILL TAKE ONE MORE WEEK I CONTACT WITH THE COLLEGE THEY ALSO TOLD ME THAT I GET OFFER LETTER BY 19TH MAY WHEN I AGAIN CONTACT AT AMH OFFICE THERE IS ARRUGMENTS BY THEIR SATFF THAT WHY R U CALLING AGAIN AND AGIN WHEN COLEGE START THEIR PROCEDURE THEY WILL CONATCT ME AND INSURE ME THAT I WILL GET OFFER LETTER BY 24TH EITHER 25TH MAY AND THAT WAS THE PROMISE
BUT AGAINON 25TH MAY WHEN I CONTACT WITH THEM THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WILL TAKE 7 WORKING DAYS TIME MORE THEY NOT TELLING THE EXCAT DATE AND KNW THEY R NOT PICKKING MY CELL (SEEMA AND NEENA )WHEN I WANTS TO CONTACT WITH THEM SOME OF THEIR STAFF PICKS THE PHONE AND PUT ME ON HOLD AND THAN SAY DONNOT CONTACT US WHEN WE WILL GET ASSURANCE FRM THE COLLGE THEY WIL GAVE ME OFFER LETTER
AND ALLEGATING ME THAT I AM TORTURING THEM BY CALLING THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN WAT THAT MEANS I PAY THE WHOLE FEE OF MBA IN ADVACNCE TO THE COLLEGE BUT STILL WAITING FOR THE OFFER LETTER FOR JULLY INTAKE

Good to know you have received your letter and I look forward to see you in London soon.
As for your comment about the ‘problems’, the British Home Office has brought in new guidelines and the colleges are having to do a lot more to ensure that they offer places only to people who wish to come and study. This meant reviewing all the applications all over again, and also cancelling contracts with student recruitment agencies who were not doing a proper job. This caused the delay, but this ensures that everything is above board and problems like last year do not repeat.
This greater scrutiny has indeed upset some people, but this will indeed work to the benefit of people like you who wish to receive good education and then pursue an international career.

If any sponsor’s licence is suspended they are unable to issue CAS records. If a sponsor does, they risk having their licence permanently withdrawn.

As promised, I talked to my colleagues here, who in turn checked with LSAM office in Mumbai.
I am told that they can’t exactly identify you by name, but guess that you would have been issued an offer letter yesterday. Admittedly, this is guesswork: They have issued a load of pending letters yesterday and they are guessing that you have got yours. But, if not, kindly let me know and I shall try to figure this out again.

I work for LondonSAM in their Camomile Street office in a different capacity but came across your comments through an unrelated web search.
I am sorry to see that you had so much trouble. I know my colleagues had been issuing the CAS to different students, and had been working overtime at it. I know there has been delays because of the changing nature of the requirements, though I admit you should have been communicated to about the circumstances.
I would also like to mention a few other things in context. I know LondonSAM is a credible entity with thousands of students, three campuses in the City of London and a good track record of success in professional examinations. I see my colleagues here to be as committed and hardworking as any other, and know that there are no court cases leading to restoration of the Tier 4 license as alleged in one of the posts. So, on that basis, I can assure you that no one is trying to run away with anything here, and while I may not know the details, I am certain this is a procedural delay and nothing else.
However, I can feel your frustration fully, and promise to grab my colleagues and get a full background on your case as soon as I see them in office today. I shall come back to you with whatever I hear, either on this forum or via email if you choose to send it to me.
Finally, apologies again because you felt aggrieved. I don’t speak on behalf of LondonSAM as I don’t have a formal role in the issuance of CAS, but as someone knowing the institution and the people involved personally, I see this as unfortunate that we have reached this point. I am sure my colleagues here will be just as concerned and as eager to solve your problems once I draw their attention to your note.

If u want to say that i am agent of londonsam then go head but reality is that i received my visa letter from college from 1 week ago and thank god my application for visa is currently processed.I cofirmed it from british embacy.College also told that fee to any other person except than college,college will not responisble

Dear All,
With respect to the issuance of CAS by London SAM, London SAM has already started issuing CAS. I have received my CAS two days back and I am going to apply for my visa in a day or two.
I find London SAM – a good college as there are more that 2000 students studying in and centrally located. If students have issues in regards to specific person the college should not be blamed. The students can report to the person of higher authority and the issues can be solved.

They are chiting to all. London SAM is suspended because They have issued Visa Letters mentioning FULL FEES PAID while in fact Not a single rupee was paid to college and during Investigation UKBA has asked for Proof pf payment LONDON SAM has received before issuing Visa Letter and they are FAIL to prove that. There are many other IRREGULARITIES. Many STUDENTS have been IMMIGRATED to UK based on LONDON SAM Visa Letter by Charging 7 to 10 Lakhs from Nadiad and Anand and it is believed that theri agent Zaheer Abbas is also involved in that. London SAM has made money based on BLOOD of Students. Even that have Cheated to their Agents and have not paid them COMMITED commission. There is a complain by SWEC Consultant in Consumet Forum for this against London SAM office. But no ont thinks for benefit of students.

Let me tell u there is no logic behind the condition u have told b/z tier4 lisence means college can issue new CAS and can sponsor if it is just for not to issue new CAS college could teach other students who already took admission.

London SAM has cheated many students like this in whole Gujarat. What i know is that they have been brought back in List Only onthe condition that London SAM will not recruit any new student and not issue any CAS. The Ahmedabad office is looks like some AGENTS office. Previouslt London SAM has an agent called Mount Career recruting students for them which was owned by sone Zameer abbas nd Zaher Abbas Jafri. then they started Offices everywhere and named it as London SAM branch office. In past they have issued Visa Letter 4-5 times then their permitted Limit and that’s why they have been suspended. In Gujarat Each and every small agent was working for London SAM as they offer very high commission to agent. They also have recruited students with 10 th Pass and students withput ENGLISH subject (hindi medium) and that is the reason for suspension. We stusewnts have to keep ourself away from this type of RISKY colleges to save our hard earned money.

If you have a proof like Visa Letter or proof of payment to London Sam, then all money is recoverable. Does not matter what happened after that.

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble and would be keen to help you out. I am mostly available in the college, and if you want to call or drop in for a conversation, kindly feel free to do so.
However, since you have not used your name, it is impossible for me to figure out in advance how this delay would have happened. I did look up all the dissertation submissions in the recent times, and almost all have a three month turnaround time, which is exactly what we promise.
There is one case, however, which has taken longer. This dissertation was submitted on the 4th of January, but failed with 28% marks: In these cases, it is only usual for us to ask the student to resubmit the dissertation. In this particular case, the reworked dissertation was submitted on the 28th of March, and has since been marked and dispatched to the university. If this is not your case, I apologize – and request you to help us find it and we shall see what went wrong.
If, however, this is your case, you would have to allow the time it takes to mark a dissertation with proper consideration. The UK border agency has clearly defined processes what the student should do while waiting for results, and I shall suggest you follow the same.
Hope this will help. I am keen to help out if I can (and I have done so for others) and would encourage you to have a conversation. It is not our intention to penalize any student in any manner, but marking of a dissertation needs proper consideration which must be given.

I think before you start complaining about any organisation, you should first try using proper english, including spelling and punctuation. If your dissertation was presented with any of the schoolboy errors you presented in your complaint, it is no wonder that you have not had it submitted to a university – they are probably having a good laugh at it!
