I have recently been denied a student loan from direct gov because of my immigration status being limited leave to remain , however i have been liveing in britian from the age of 9 and due to start university in september. I would like to know what kind of financial support i would be elligable to as at the moment im abit lost

I have recently been a victim of a college scam. I was approved a visa for two years to study at the Fulham and Chelsea college and just after a month they closed the college down due to government legislations.

well my college boston college of london
has written notice on their door these morning as they closing the college down due to no more new admission.
so due to financial breakdown they have close down
now what should do
as my visa just got ext till next year 15 oct 2012 till my course end of acca
now if i get new admission i different college or uni do i need to send again for extenion and give english test as well
i have no ideal i am seriously confused
please advise me asap
