I’m student at uwic my situation has started after i enrolled at university in 2006. Few weeks later after my enrolment I applied for asylum seeker status due to a political issue linked back in my country, which has effected me and my family.

Dear Sir/madam
I have applied for my student visa along with my dependants on 5th of August 2011. They have issued me a visa but not my dependants, the problem is we have applied after 4th of july eventhough my admission came in may but due to financial arrangements took some time we applied in august but before applying we have consulted with two consultants and they assured us that the law doesnt apply on us because my CAS letter is issued in may and is valid for 6 months so we applied aalong with my two underage children in which one is an infant just ayear old and the other one is 5…unfortunately they refused my babies and my husband Please assist me what can I do to clear this mess I cannot leave my infant or my family here please Help

My Tier 4 visa was refused by the UKBA for the reason of the maintenance funds although I’ve submitted all the required documents and bank statement showing funds for more than the 28 day period (stated reason of refusal).
