My Appeal Refused Because it was Out of Time

my uk student visa extention appeal was on 9 aug 2010..and it was allowed on september,but in oct 2010 they wr sent me a letter that appeal was refused because i had not applied it wihin 60 days…but my soliciter told me they were wrong because we applied in time and also they had to reply us within 5 days after appeal if they have query…and we sent them letter on oct 2010 they wre wrong …..but it was 9 month but i dont get any reply from ukba
so,im worry abt that …they will reply me or not because without any reply we live here..my solicitre also sent another same letter before 2 weeks…so..it is fare that we stay here and wait for reply ?

deferred student who granted visa can travel on same visa?

I will be grateful if you will reply me soon. As i am really worried i am granted visa for february session 2011for postgraduate study but i got my visa bit late and my university who is highly trusted in uk deferred me to september session 2011 , now plz can you tell me that can i travel on same visa four weeks before my next session start.my visa is still valid until november2011 and my course will finish in september2011 and later i can apply for extension from uk..plz reply..

UK work permit overstay for 5 months

Hi guys,

i am just wondering if somebody give me an expert advice regarding our new Tier 4 visa application for UK on the following previous issues;

I have been granted a work permit in 2007 for 5 years which was supposed to be expire in 2012, on my work permit basis, my wife applied for a dependent visa immediately and got a visa for the same.
