I am an international student with Pakistani nationality, I have an unconditional admission in MBA course at Tasmac London School of Business. I applied for Tier 4 (General) Student Visa of the Points Based System, but it was refused therefore I made an application against this refusal called “Administrative Review” in which I explained that the allegation on me of submitting a fake degree from Iqra University Lahore Campus is wrong, because I have adequate evidences that Iqra University Lahore Campus was completely shut down in March 2006 therefore it is impossible to verify it’s issued any degree including mine, and then I posted my this application to the UK Border Agency, British Embassy, Address: Khalid Bin Waleed Street, PO Box 248, Abu Dhabi, UAE, Fax: 0044 (0)15 09 221 699 ( http://www.ukvacpk.com/appeals.aspx ). UK Border Agency, British Embassy sent me an email earlier this month in which it was stated that my application for the Administrative Review has been refused. Also, UK Border Agency, British Embassy didn’t put any kind of refusal stamp on my passport.
Now, I have sent all these copies through email & courier to Tasmac London School of Business. But Tasmac London School of Business are not refunding my fee which is £3000 (Three Thousands British Pounds).
I am a poor man, and £3000 means a lot to me. As, I have not been given a chance to study at Tasmac London School of Business by granting a valid Tier 4 (General) Student Visa of the Points Based System by UK Border Agency, British Embassy, Address: Khalid Bin Waleed Street, PO Box 248, Abu Dhabi, UAE, then why Tasmac London School of Business is not giving me my refund. Every time, I contact them they ignore my plea OR they clearly say that there is a very less chance that I will get my refund, because (for only God knows reason) their Board of Fee Refund is not satisfied that my application for Administrative Review submitted at UK Border Agency, British Embassy, Address: Khalid Bin Waleed Street, PO Box 248, Abu Dhabi, UAE, has been refused, also recently Tasmac has updated it’s website that if the student visa is refused to fake documentation or deception then no refund will be given, whereas at the time of admission they never told me this or never signed such document that contained such information. I have requested them several times that please verify my refusal letter from the U.K. Home Office but Tasmac London School of Business is ignoring my plea.
This is my humble request to all of you that please please please please help me in this regard.

I am also suffering with the same case. Tasmac london is not refunding my fees paid 10 months ago and the visa was refused.
Can any one guide me how to get the refund of the fees from these fraud peoples

Hi all,
I am ex-student of Tasmac London and am very proud on my institution where I studied.I have successfully finished my MBA course from tasmac London/University of wales.
My point why we shud blame on instituion only?? Government’s policy on student visa and eligibility criteria of student they had provided, I can claim that more than 50% student come along with partners/families to earn only money, they dont paid fees to institution even and then disappeared, I have seen all during my two years of studies.
We cant claim that only institution is responsible as Tasmac London had expanded with another campus to provide good facilities to student and employees.
But unfortunately, you cant stretch elastic more than its natural capacity and Tasmac London got bankrupt as student stopped paying fees more than 3 trimsters what I heard from Employeee and 12 months without incoming and fixed outgoing in UK like country…you can imagine.. those who paid are just unlucky here.

TASMAC College London is really a fake. Its closed down now putting hundreds of students future at risk. They have accumulated lots of money and liquidated the TASMAC ltd now. The studying studying there were almost Asian:Nepali, Indian and Pakistani. This is a real testimony of the government of UK how they brought up themselves financially from the economic crisis through Tier 4 and ignore the crisis of the students. This is a shame in the name of British democracy where the future of hundred of student has been played upon. The accountable body University of Wales and other regulatory agencies must answer this crucial question

TASMAC HAS BEEN RAIDED BY UKBA AND HAS STOPPED OPERATING. IT HAS GONE DOWN ALONG WITH THE HOPE OF 100S OF STUDENTS. I AM ONE OF THEM.

This mail is also for all the others who are in interested in Tan’s plea.
There is a rule that if the visa is rejected due to fake documents being provided to the visa authorities then no refund will be made of the initial fee deposit. It is the duty of the student to read these regulations before applying for visa to any country .This is only fair and the right punsihment for providing documents which are not authentic.
I do know that TASMAC is very fair in its dealings with students and have had the opportunity of working with them and can vouch for their integrity.
If you are not receiving a refund of your initial deposit then you must accept this as a rule and blame only yourself for faking your documents .

Not only TASMAC, Even St. Patrick’s College London also cheat students at spot admission interviews saying their application is approved and collect money. Finally Marketing Director one Jugal who interview students come up and say you need this you need that and dismiss the application without refunding money. I am waiting till he come to Sri Lanka to conduct interviews again.

I can confirm that the student was unable to provide the required document explaining in detail the outcome of the Administrative Review. We have explained what is needed to the student on numerous occasions and after a number of days the student forwarded the required documentation. The tuition fees have been refunded in full within one week of receiving the documents.
TASMAC London follows fair procedures that ensure genuine students who had their visa refused receive their deposits within 2 weeks and full documentation is required to show the visa application, or Administrative Review as in this case, has been unsuccessful.

Tasmac was one of our option for mba from UK, but now i am confused.
I don’t know why Tasmac is not refunding ? This policy of Tasmac itself is not ok.Why tasmac will keep money for no reason.Tasmac
