See you in Court Principal tells me

I applied for a course in Capital College,Eltham,London in 2008.And I won an appeal one year after my application’s refusal was decided. Then my visa was approved but the BDHC asked me to get a new letter from a licensed college since my college is not licensed under Tier 4 Sponsor License Register to collect my visa. I contacted CC,Eltham for a brief but the principal told me that I must wait for them to be listed since they have applied. He argued that since I started with them before the law was introduced in 2009 i have to wait for their license or take a contrary decision at my own peril.

My attempt to follow their instruction by going to the embassy on two other occasion left me being turned back to get a new licensed college.I then told the college that if they fail to get licensed and provide me letter for January 2010 admission, I would ask for a refund of the full school fees i paid over a year before.

Eventually, they failed. When I asked for a refund since my visa is still being held at BDHC the principal told me that its not possible that we will see in court.

Why should the college refuse to refund me since they are the cause of the problem and my visa has not been released? How can I get my fee refunded? Do I need any document to claim my money? Do I take a legal action to seek damages from the college? What is the colleges chance of being licensed? Do I apply to another college since am tired of Capital College and everything it represents?

Advise me please I need my visa to commence studies.

    okay

I think there is a case in there and refund is actually due to you. Take a solitors advice which can be available for free in London.

Before that need to let me know exactly when did you get admissio, what were the conditions, did it mention that if you passed your start date of course, then fee will not be refunded. Also, wrong policies even if made and told at the time of admission hold no grounds in law in England. Better consult or ask me I will try if i can help. Also again I would like to suggest the point of choosing your college or consultants or agents right. Better to desposit the money to a third party, watching intersts of the students than to pay the fee directly to the college.
