I have already waited for 4 months for my refund from st.patricks college and it it very dissappointing because they keep on telling me that it is already at the accountants office just last july 2010 and that it will be transfered to me by september last month.it is already october. I have tried to follow up my refund this month and i have not receive any reply from the college.
I would like to ask what legal action can i do regarding this? Iam a student and i feel so mistreated with how they are handling my request. I cannot follow up with my refund personlly because im here in philippines.

I too have a problem with this college, my student was refused visa but they have not refunded the fees 3890 paid. Please advice me what I can do legally.

hi…I too have the same problem with St.patricks. I don’t know why such a reputed collage is doing such things.my also its been around 4 months.I wanna know MR. love P whether you got your refund or not??? pls do reply..

it is not the only case at St. Patricks College ( 24 Great Chapel Street London). this particular college when it comes to refund never do. Eating poor Students money… UKBA shall revoke this college’s licence as this college is a total FRAUD.

It is very sad St. Patrick’s collage holding your money. See if you can get hold of a solicitor in UK and write to the collage. Also I think you complain to Trading Standards in UK. Probably through this forum you can get hold of few others on the same situation with this collage.
