Hello guys. I have also same problem with the previous students about CAS letter, I paid £3 ,000 for the two CAS which was the school required me to pay and not deductible from my tuition fee of £4,500. I paid already £2,500 as my downpayment plus £3,000 for two CAS for the reason I got three refusal until I finally got student visa. I asked the administrator at Kinnaird college if it possible to deduct the £ 3,000 additional I paid but they refused. The starting of my class on January 16,2012. I paid the school£2,500 as my down payment plus £3,000 for two CAS, total of £5,500 and still they are asking me to pay £2,000 for my balance. My full tuition fee is only£4,500 . £3,000 is too much for me. What I am asking is deduct the £3,000 from my tuition fee. They will not allow me to attnd the class on Jan 6,2012 unless I will pay the £ £2,000. please I need your urgent advise.

Hi there, I am a freelance journalist writing a story on international students who have been scammed by B-listed institutions. I too am an international student and have been affected by a sham college, therefore I would very much like to hear stories from other people who have gone through the same thing.

Hi there, Dont worry you are not alone. Its very sad that all colleges are working as a mafia and they are not even returning your money of cas letter when you dont get a visa. They know you will have to go back to your country or may start living in uk illegally. So, they are in a worst situation and since they are not allowed to work either specially if they dont have visa then life is hell as they are paid just £1/ hour or may b just food to eat and may be a plce to live and that is being lucky.
The best thing is to wirte to ukba and send recorded delivry and keep wrinting and updating to homeoffice as well as speak to local councilors police and civil court and most of all contact an MP. If you are determined you ll be given justice. But justice is given to those who strive for it.You will not get it in plate.I liked this site and I am surprised to see that its too much happening and Govt is doing very litlle. But we will have to take a stand. I would respond if i could.
